Founder & Principal
Angela Hernandez is a results-driven leader with more than two decades of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic communications. Before founding ARH Advisory, she spent nearly two decades at Deloitte, serving in multiple progressive roles, most recently as Vice President of Business Development for the Tax practice.
In this role, she led revenue-growth initiatives, strengthened market positioning, and built high-impact relationships with C-Suite executives.
Angela’s advisory approach is shaped by a career spanning the public, private, and entrepreneurial sectors. Prior to Deloitte, she served in the White House under President George W. Bush as Deputy Director of Presidential Correspondence, gaining deep experience in high-stakes communication, stakeholder alignment, and mission-driven strategy. Earlier in her career, she held marketing leadership roles for a public company and an entrepreneur, further grounding her expertise.
Angela currently serves as the 2026 President of the Women’s Energy Network Houston Chapter, leading a 21-member board and advancing strategic priorities focused on membership growth, partnerships, programming, and brand elevation.
Her commitment to community impact is equally strong. Angela serves on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Board and was honored as a 2022–2023 HLSR Trailblazer Honoree. She is also a passionate advocate for shelter pets, lending her voice and leadership to Citizens for Animal Protection. She was named the 2023 Gala Honoree Champion and served as gala co-chair in 2024 and 2025, helping raise more than $1 million for shelter animals and surpassing fundraising goals in consecutive years.
Angela earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston–Downtown.
